The books are produced based on information provided by the customer, such as name, language and any other personal choices.<\/p>\n<h2>Use of the website<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Do not misuse the website or the services<\/li>\n<li>Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data<\/li>\n<li>Do not use the website for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DreamPage reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms.<\/p>\n<h2>Ordering and contract formation<\/h2>\n<p>When you place an order in the online store, you enter into a binding agreement with DreamPage. An order is only final once you have received an order confirmation by email.<\/p>\n<h2>Personalised products<\/h2>\n<p>DreamPage sells personalised products. It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to check that names, text and choices are correct before ordering, and to ensure that uploaded photos and information are accurate and suitable.<\/p>\n<p>Once production has started, the content cannot be changed.<\/p>\n<h2>Prices and payment<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made via the secure payment solutions available in the online store.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery times and shipping information are stated on the website and in the order confirmation. Delays may occur, particularly during peak season.<\/p>\n<h2>Right of withdrawal and returns<\/h2>\n<p>As DreamPage&#8217;s products are personalised, no right of withdrawal applies under section 22(e) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, unless the product is faulty or defective.<\/p>\n<p>If the book is misproduced, damaged during delivery or does not match your order, you are entitled to a new production or a refund. Contact us within a reasonable time after receipt.<\/p>\n<h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>A complaint must include the order number, a description of the fault and any photos documenting the problem.<\/p>\n<h2>Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>All content on the website, including text, images, design and concept, belongs to DreamPage or our partners and is protected by copyright law.<\/p>\n<h2>Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n<p>DreamPage is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
